That idea is rampant across timeshare owners and it's simply not true. Since you own that timeshare and have legal right to use it, you have the right to exchange it, sell it or rent that timeshare to anyone you want.

Another point to note is that you don't have to rely on the review or ratings that the exchange company or the actual resort supplies. There are over 7 million timeshare owners out there and they are sharing their experiences at the resorts they have visited. The reviews are easy to read, very accurate, and address areas and topics that pertain to you and your family.

The third and most important point to convey to you is that you absolutely have the right to exchange your timeshare with anyone you want. You own that timeshare so you have the right. And the options are great with over 5,000 resorts to choose from. You no longer have the constricting and confusing rules of your timeshare exchange company to conform to. You can stretch your mind as far as you need to and literally go for any resort that you want. Take some time and talk to your family about where they would like to go and what they would like to do on vacation. Maybe your kids have always dreamed of swimming with dolphins. Maybe your wife has a certain spa in mind or a specific spa treatment that she read about and only certain spas offer that service. The sky is the limit so go for the sky.
